SomniShop delivers a range of items with fast and reliable shipping, often arriving on time and well packaged, and provides clear, useful product information and user manuals, sometimes including helpful video content. Customers highlight convenient ordering, a wide range of parts for masks, and good service that supports quick processing and efficient communication. Several reviews mention accurate product delivery and dependable quality, with items conforming to descriptions and practical, portable designs for use at home or on the go. Positive experiences also emphasize value, affordable pricing, and the effectiveness of products for their intended needs.
I received the package on the second attempt, after many mishaps and a lot of back-and-forth. It would have been better if the delivery person had put the package in my mailbox the first time... But anyway, despite the complicated experience, I got the product.

The roll is too hard and too thick. I’m missing a long-sleeved shirt for the coming season.

Delivery time longer than expected (German store, not Dutch!). Product is questionable in quality and dimensions.

Response from SomniShop
Dear Jasper,
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We ship from Germany with a normal delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. Unfortunately, your order fell over the weekend, and sometimes unforeseen delays occur with the carrier.
We take your comments about the quality and dimensions seriously. Please feel free to contact our customer service, and we will look for a solution together.
Best regards,
The SomniShop team

The straps are way too uncomfortable, I only kept the ball to put it in a small running backpack "water bottle", more ergonomic! Expensive for an inflatable ball.

The delivery took a bit longer than expected but that was due to the courier service. Otherwise, the process went fine, as expected.

The device is too big for my mouth and I am a full grown adult man. The adjustment is poor and it is uncomfortable and doesn’t stop my snoring. I have had better results from much cheaper devices.

The transport is terrible. Indeed, the product was supposed to be delivered to my home. For an unexplained reason, it was delivered to a pickup point on the grounds that the package could not be delivered to my home. And why??? My address is very easy to find and I was home. So, an experience that leaves a bad memory.
The quality of the product is of course essential, but without serious logistics...

Considering the cost, the delivery time is terrible. Ignore the 3-5 working days, instead assume 3 weeks. The responses from support suggest they know this. So, you pay a premium for delivery, but receive the slowest possible.

Good products.
The description of the products is not ideal.
For Oxyhero, I thought I ordered a set with 3 sizes, I received 3 size S, too small.
I placed another order, it was marked 3 packages, while it is a single package of 3. This may seem like a detail, but added to my first order ...

Not deep enough and too wide. Hurts quite quickly and does not keep its promise. I will not use this product again in the future, which I do not find to be of quality, unfortunately, even more so at that price.

There was a significant import duty to pay that wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase. While this is obviously not paid to Somnishop they must be aware that as they were importing from the EU there would be a duty payable by the customer. It would be useful to know that in advance.
