The site is messy and does not allow for an easy and correct choice of product, which easily leads to errors. The presentation, product descriptions, and photographic presentation are completely insufficient. search

The order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the ordered cushion is not satisfactory. Too hard and too thick. Now I want to return it, but the costs are at my own expense, and sending it to Germany costs quite a bit. If I had known this, I definitely would not have ordered.

Seems to me a good web shop. I have no experience yet so I can't really recommend it, I should first buy a few more products.
But.. the first purchase was good/fine.
Best regards.

The service was good and the product arrived promptly considering international delivery and pandemic lockdown. I did get quite a lot of delivery info emails in German but they were usually accompanied by an English equivalent!

I would have liked to give you 5 stars, however I gave you two stars for the following three reasons:
1. The prosthesis only lasted 1 day despite us scrupulously following all the recommendations clearly indicated in the user guide and that we remolded it a second time.
2. Nowhere is it indicated that the lifespan of the prosthesis is 6 months to a maximum of two years!!
3. I personally find that like many similar products, there should be a 14-day trial warranty clause to justify the lifespan and the price of 149€.
All my most sincere distinguished regards.
PS: I would still like to highlight the kindness of the sales and after-sales service.

Dear customer,
Thank you very much for your message.
(1) If you have problems with the assembly of the anti-snoring strap, you can contact our customer service by sending us one or two photos of your anti-snoring strap at [email protected], we will be happy to assist you.
(2) The lifespan of a mandibular advancement device depends on care and usage. It is a daily use item and there is no comparable product with an unlimited lifespan.
(3) Thank you very much for your feedback, unfortunately we cannot offer other mandibular advancement splints with a trial right at this time.
However, the price of our anti-snoring splints is comparable to that of a custom-made anti-snoring splint, for example by the dentist, and is extremely reasonable.
Best regards
The SomniShop team
