Track and trace does not work. I went to a depot on a whim to ask if anything had been received. Numbers were not found on the website.

Response from SomniShop

Dear customer, unfortunately the correct delivery address did not come through to us (house number incorrect) and therefore the package was returned. We have now sent you a new package.

Very good service, after placing my order online I realized I had not requested the right size. I quickly received a response and the correct size. The only thing is; do not forget to add 27.10 CHF for Swiss customs. Regarding the mask, for me it is more comfortable to wear and adjust, softer at the nose level, and the adjustment of the strap. The noise is almost identical to the other one I had, but I am very sensitive to noises for sleeping.

The prices indicated on the online store mention 'VAT Included'. However, Swiss VAT and customs fees were charged in addition at customs and had to be paid upon receipt of the package. Otherwise, delivery was made on time despite the customs procedure and quality products.
