Order and return of the order OK except that last week it was impossible to reach you for information on the delivery tracking. In the end, package received on Saturday, April 20.

I haven't received my order yet. It is probably coming, so no big deal, really. But because you used Deutsche Post and the United States Postal Service, tracking information has been lacking. They just aren't very good at that. I actually have high hopes for your actual product. Maybe I'll feel better when it gets here.

The orthosis does not allow (or hardly) movements,

the muscle relaxation linked to falling asleep causes a disconnection of the lower jaw and the orthosis

which makes it ineffective

Response from SomniShop

We are sorry to learn that our anti-snoring orthosis does not meet your expectations. If the adherence is too low, you can try to make a new impression. If it still doesn't work, feel free to contact us. We would be happy to help you. You can contact us at the following address: [email protected]

"In doing so, the mandibular advancement (extent by which the lower jaw is moved forward) can be calibrated from 0 – 10 mm (infinitely variable calibration)." No, you can't calibrate the position of your lower jaw. It's a one piece device, your lower jaw can only be aligned inline with your upper front teeth. Package, order and delivery process was good by the way.

The device has cut down snoring significantly but wife says I still make weird noises as I fall asleep. The device is complicated for a layman to fit.
