They have a good choice of product but it takes a while to arrive from Germany. My entire package was over the delivery cost threshold for the UK so I had to pay an extra £30 to receive my goods. This would not have been the case if my order had been split by them, I would prefer to pay delivery twice instead of a large customs fee! I've had issues with my products and each time I've emailed for help there has been no acknowledgement or response to my messages. So not great customer service really.

I'm sure this woyld suit some people, but im female with a smaller mouth. It just wouldnt fit. The size for the jaw hung right over my back molars and was really impossible to fit my mouth. I spent a lot of money on this as i have loads of problems finding ones small enough to fit a smaller female mouth, but never have. Alas this looked more adjustable, but the starting size was just too big.

After following the slightly confusing instructions regarding moulding the product it seemed to work well. However a few nights in and I seem to have learned to open my mouth wider in my sleep to compensate which is letting air in and the snoring is returning albeit at a lower level. Disappointing there is no money back guarantee.

The product seems ok although it did not treat the snoring. In the end I made a surgery that helped. I will still use it for bruxism which is my secondary issue. The DHL delivery service was awful. Never had an issue but it took way to long for paid delivery. Two weeks is outrageous.

Very bad product. The pillow is a torture device, meaning you get zero sleep at night. I guess that is one way to resolve snoring...
