This is for the somniguard ap2, adjustable via screw bar. It was posted quickly, arrived well packaged. Instructions were good, device fits comfortably. Took a few days to get used to, it is a little more bulky than models I had before. In particular, the tongue is being pushed back into the larynx by the bar as one tightens the screw, it has to somehow find space below. Main point is that my wife reports much improved noise levels.

I think the item could work for some people but unfortunately did not work for me. It is quite hard to mould. It could probably work for some
