Had some issues with German Postal Service losing my order sadly, but The staff at SomniShop re-sent a replacement, after me notifying them of the problem, at no extra cost to me. The device works greatly, better than my old worn out one from a different supplier of years ago. I sleep so much better now. Full marks.

After 2 weeks of use, results from the first night, you get used to it quickly even if it's still uncomfortable to fall asleep but after that no more issues, no pain or anything when waking up.

Comfortable pillow. This one doesn't prevent me from lying on my back, but when it happens I wake up quickly (I think) because it's uncomfortable and thus changes my posture. The viscose cover is comfortable and easily washable.

The products are not suitable for nostrils with a deviated septum and it's precisely this that needs to be widened, otherwise the products are soft and you easily forget them at night.

Not Somnishop.fr's fault who prepared the package within 24 hours, but DHL delivery is very very slow; end of the year, but 10 days for medical material is too much.

Brilliant service. I bought a pillow from Somnishop which was delivered to the UK very promptly.
Would recommend this product to anyone with snoring/sleep apnea issues. Early days but so far my snoring has decreased by over 60% according to my snore lab app. Excellent service. Excellent product.
