The next day I received another email explaining that there had been a disruption with Post NL and that I would receive 10% of the purchase amount back. I call this service, a few days later my package arrived. Thank you.

Due to problems with the delivery company, delivery took much longer than expected. Somnishop responded almost immediately to my request for information and later kept me updated on the status. Moreover, I received part of the purchase amount back as compensation. Very good customer service!

Due to a disruption at the post, the tracking code was not recognized and we had to wait a long time for our package. However, the webshop responded almost immediately to our request for information, which initially did not provide insight into where the package was. Eventually, I received the package in good order.
