Delivery time longer than expected (German store, not Dutch!). Product is questionable in quality and dimensions.

The straps are way too uncomfortable, I only kept the ball to put it in a small running backpack "water bottle", more ergonomic! Expensive for an inflatable ball.

These lose their strength far too quickly I've had several but the work just wished they lasted longer

Bad product

The device is too big for my mouth and I am a full grown adult man. The adjustment is poor and it is uncomfortable and doesn’t stop my snoring. I have had better results from much cheaper devices.

The transport is terrible. Indeed, the product was supposed to be delivered to my home. For an unexplained reason, it was delivered to a pickup point on the grounds that the package could not be delivered to my home. And why??? My address is very easy to find and I was home. So, an experience that leaves a bad memory.
The quality of the product is of course essential, but without serious logistics...

Considering the cost, the delivery time is terrible. Ignore the 3-5 working days, instead assume 3 weeks. The responses from support suggest they know this. So, you pay a premium for delivery, but receive the slowest possible.

Not deep enough and too wide. Hurts quite quickly and does not keep its promise. I will not use this product again in the future, which I do not find to be of quality, unfortunately, even more so at that price.

I only have positive things to write about the products of this brand. However, I did not hit the jackpot: I still have not received my package and customer service has not yet responded to me

All is good except the delivery time

Even though the shop is called Somnishop UK it is actually in Germany so delivery is delayed and you will have to add customs fees to the price quoted. So whilst I got what I ordered eventually it was way more expensive and slower than expected

Delivery took a long time, after I asked for info myself it turned out the package had been damaged on the way?!
A new one was arranged.
This also happened, the webshop seems Dutch but the order had to come from Germany, probably that's why the delivery time is lower?

I am satisfied with the product but the delivery time of 3/5 days was crushed.
Order of October 7, delivery on October 21.
Review your delivery service. The two stars are only for the delivery. Luckily I had allowed some margin for the delivery time because I am going abroad for 1 month in two days.

I ordered a pillow but have not received anything yet

the shirt with air cushion is really very uncomfortable. this is not a solution. and because it has been worn for 1 night, it is not returnable.

Mask came in good time. Mask does not work for me. It leaks when sleeping on your side very disappointed.

Had to wait a long time for the delivery, stated 3 to 4 working days but I had to wait 9 working days

Product was supposed to be delivered. Note in the mailbox from GLS that it was placed somewhere but found nothing.

My order was delivered by DHL... but I received nothing, I reported that to Somnishop. They are working on it but very sloppy...

Quality product but it didn't work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunately because the product didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth I couldn't use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement product but was told I would have to buy an alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alternative from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to SomniShop for years if they had been a bit more accommodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaningful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product I could not use.

Usually I wear M or L, I took XS so that the roll in the back doesn't turn and it still turns, it's a shame

The device adapted very well to my dentition and I have indeed noticed a decrease in my apneas. I would have rated five stars if it had continued in this direction, unfortunately the device loosens quickly and does not hold very well after about ten days in my case. At 120€ for the piece of plastic I admit to being very disappointed.

Did not receive track and trace from DHL, so the package has been returned.

There are a few things that could be different. Nose clips can simply go through the mailbox, so why send as a package with the same costs. It took over a week to receive them. It was a repeat order, but the size L I ordered was suddenly smaller than the previous delivery. Returned 8 days ago, but still no message or refund? This could be different. Lastly, I am unclear about the difference between omnipax air and clipair. They both come in a clipair box?

Nose pad does not stay well in place for me, and the mask does not stay exactly on that thing. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a bad purchase for me. But it might be my fault because I am doing something wrong.

Outrageous prices for poorly fitting products which don’t work. Profiteering at its worst.

The product is useless

took a week to receive a card saying customs had not been paid had to send it back or i would of been paying double price the website is SomniShop uk you don't expect customs charge not to be paid from a company advertising in the uk

terrible delivery, it seems that the delivery company cannot read addresses or does it on purpose, unknown address every time, terrible and the bubble silicone has nothing to do with silicone anymore, the less it goes, the less it goes, as for the rest it relaxes in a short time. to be reviewed

The device is too large for my mouth, it makes me gag and can’t keep it in for more than 30 minutes. It also creates a lot of saliva.

Moulding of the appliance didn't work very well. The mouth pieces just slip out of hold too easily. Otherwise, the Tomed Somnoguard Ap2 has been effective and improved my snoring.

The sleeping position has become very uncomfortable and causes me severe back pain. It’s a false solution.

The 3 bottles were not well packed. Despite the stickers on the outside of the box, care was not taken during transport. Two of the three bottle caps were damaged and therefore unusable. Fortunately, no liquid leaked.

From Germany so not 'uk' and price excessive when product seen. (Which also have not had any beneficial effect).
