Ordered a CPAP pillow. Unusable, couldn't sleep on it. Neck complaints only got worse. Over 80 euros including cover. Expensive experiment

Products that might fit if one knew in advance the size needed for their nostrils. There is indeed a kind of kit presenting 3 different sizes, but in this case, one is sure to have bought the other 2 sizes for nothing.
Maybe a similar kit in lower quality material, but just good for a "size fitting" would be interesting as a trial.
Aside from this, I tried 2 types of products at night, but after a while, I had irritation of the mucosa with nasal discharge.
Maybe it's due to the unsuitable size, maybe to the product itself (to the main material of the product).
I would like to try another size, but the fact of possibly paying again for nothing is prohibitive.
One last thing, I also tried the product for sports. In case of heavy exhalation, it comes out of the nostrils.
For my part, the experience is not conclusive at all and I will therefore stick with my external nasal strips.

I don't use the t-shirt and you suggested I return it but that's too complicated so too bad

With postal charges I paid £16 for eight bands, seven of which I've sent straight to landfill because I don't need them - This means the one band I needed cost me £16 OUTRAGEOUS!!!

I'm sure this would suit some people, but I'm female with a smaller mouth. It just wouldn't fit. The size for the jaw hung right over my back molars and was really impossible to fit my mouth. I spent a lot of money on this as I have loads of problems finding ones small enough to fit a smaller female mouth, but never have. Alas this looked more adjustable, but the starting size was just too big.

I asked a question about the address: [email protected] and a week later I still have no response...

I received a faulty product and had to go through PayPal to get all of my money back.

Order not arrived. Returned by German post as if the order was not accepted. However, it was never offered to me.

The store is good but not the product

I bought 2 anti-snoring t-shirts Somnipax, with inflatable and rigid cushions, it is totally ineffective, the cushion slips to the side and you sleep on your back... 66 euros for nothing!!!! and since the product has been used, no refund. It's pure and simple fraud.

The product is very cumbersome for sleeping, I managed to create my own much more adapted technique that allows me to keep my mouth closed which stops the snoring and I was surprised to see that a Swiss product was sent from Germany knowing that I live in Switzerland!!! So be aware that there are customs fees in addition to the price of the device!!!

For my part, ease of adaptation and correct comfort once the product is thermoformed. However, it is necessary to wear a chin strap in addition. Otherwise, I continue to breathe through my mouth in deep sleep and I expel the somnishop. So it is not at all a miracle product, nor one that is sufficient on its own. Moreover, I find its price excessive compared to the services it provides.

I would have liked to give you 5 stars, however I gave you two stars for the following three reasons:
1. The prosthesis only lasted 1 day despite us scrupulously following all the recommendations clearly indicated in the user guide and that we remolded it a second time.
2. Nowhere is it indicated that the lifespan of the prosthesis is 6 months to a maximum of two years!!
3. I personally find that like many similar products, there should be a 14-day trial warranty clause to justify the lifespan and the price of 149€.

No communication regarding shipping. No status update. I still haven't received the products!

good quality. For the first few days less noise disturbance, then it became annoying and the snoring did not decrease. Ultimately, it does not work as I had hoped, as described via the webshop it helps against snoring. Very disappointing purchase.

Very bad product. The pillow is a torture device, meaning you get zero sleep at night. I guess that is one way to resolve snoring...

Did not receive the product (the tracking code with PostNL appears to be unknown) and receive no response to my question about delivery!

Still not received my order 10 days after placing it

No Dutch manual

Product ordered on August 30, still nothing received on September 7.

It’s been over a week and I’m still waiting for my product to arrive!

I placed my order on June 7, 2019. Now, June 15, 2019 still nothing received. I called, then I got a message, if I still haven't received anything after a few weeks I can contact again. I think that's a very long time to wait!

Delivery time to the Netherlands from Germany is between 3-5 days. I still have not received my package after 10 days. Incredible!!
