The delivery of the order was fine.
The device came with a description that was poorly readable (very small letters).
What to do if the device needs to be returned (there is a test period of 40 days attached) is missing. Not good therefore.

Relatively quickly delivered from Germany. The PosiForm pillow 'forces' your head into a certain position and feels a bit too 'hard' for me. The edge in the middle doesn't really prevent you from turning on your back; your head then ends up in the other pre-shaped half. All in all a somewhat disappointing experience, but that may be different for others. I have had the pillow for 3 weeks now and will continue to use it in hopes of improvement.

Fantastic service, fast, reliable, fuss-free delivery of a top quality item at a fair price. We’ll buy again from SomniShop UK in the future. Can recommend!

My order 09T169848B from 03/06/2025 is still at the Post Office. I am leaving for 8 days and will not be there to receive it. Fortunately, I just received my package. The inconvenience does not come from SomniShop

Speed of sending. No problem ordering.
We know these products as we use them regularly against apnea. They are very good.
I still find that the prices are a bit high.
