After following the slightly confusing instructions regarding moulding the product it seemed to work well. However a few nights in and I seem to have learned to open my mouth wider in my sleep to compensate which is letting air in and the snoring is returning albeit at a lower level. Disappointing there is no money back guarantee.

I'm used to a dentist molded snore guard.....I bought this as a temporary replacement. It serves its purpose for a while. It doesn't allow mouth breathing and seems expensive for what it is.

The ClipAir nasal dilator helps remedy poor nasal breathing, and the snoring caused by it. In some cases, snoring is caused by multiple factors at the same time.
