The service was good and the product arrived promptly considering international delivery and pandemic lockdown. I did get quite a lot of delivery info emails in German but they were usually accompanied by an English equivalent!

Quick delivery. Excellent product that was easy to mould to the correct fit with clear instructions. The jaw correction pallet works better for my husband's Sleep Apnoea than the many we have had from the NHS.

Well packaged and matching my expectations. Package arrived after 10 days, but the delay is not due to the company but apparently lingered at the Belgian post.

Fast service, prices could be lower for some products, and responsive to emails! Perhaps there could be a wider range of nasal dilators to choose from but the ones available are good for trying out!

Hello, yes, the delivery was delayed, but despite the traffic restrictions, it's reasonable. I am very satisfied and especially with the responsiveness to an inquiry. With the order, a booklet of products offered for sale was included. It's very good, too bad it was only published in German. It's long to translate even with DeepL translator. I will return to the site.
