Not the most comfortable but I was dropping my O2 sats overnight according to my watch and since using it that's stopped. Feel more refreshed so worth it I suppose

I didnt realise i was buying a product from outside of the UK. Maybe I shouldve looked a little deeper as the delivery price was expensive. However, as the prices are in pounds sterling, and the site has a uk email address, i didnt realise. I think it should be made clearer on the home page.
I bought a trial package in addition to the product and have experienced very good, prompt customer service. A refund has been actioned immediately and I look forward to receiving it.

Product and price really good but tracking is terrible. Had to contact supplier to be told it was in customs waiting to clear and any further charge would have to be paid, still checked daily with no further information and it just arrived. Maybe a tweak in the shipping info

The top mouthpiece was easy to mould correctly - it did take two attempts but now fits nice and snug and doesn't slip at all. However the bottom mould is a lot more difficult to get right. As I have a small mouth having to insert the bottom mould will the top one in places has caused problems, I experienced rubbing at the side of my mouth and scratched the corner of my mouth when inserting. Also experienced a problem fitting the connectors - they kept popping off so had to fit the "non adjusting ones". Will preserver and will try to mould the bottom set again.
Delivery was excellent and only took a few days.

Product is good however the delivery of the product is not very good. I had to wait for 7 working days to receive the product. they should have a warehouse in the UK instead of sending the product from Germany

Bought a Somnipax guard S. Works fantastic when Tensioning band is new. Very expensive to buy additional Tensioning Bands, and you have to buy 10 packs even though you are only using 1 or 2 of them. Then you have to throw away remaining.

The device is ok. Having a deviated septum means the central part of the device is quite painful but my breathing seems better than without. I will try to get used to it for a little longer.

Please be aware this is an EU based shop, despite the .uk domain. If you order over the threshold then duties/VAT will be payable. This could be made clearer.
I was erroneously charged under even though my order was under the limit but Somnishop took care of that so points to them.
Actual goods were perfect, great price and rapidly delivered, well packed.

The service was excellent and delivery prompt. I would like to be able to purchase the short flexible pipe nearest the face mask on its own as it has a short life. The face mask will last three times as long . The short pipe is not listed as being available on its own unfortunately. Regards Sean

Product was delivered in good condition, though a little later than promised. Instructions were written in translated German, which made them a little difficult to understand.
