This is for the somniguard ap2, adjustable via screw bar. It was posted quickly, arrived well packaged. Instructions were good, device fits comfortably. Took a few days to get used to, it is a little more bulky than models I had before. In particular, the tongue is being pushed back into the larynx by the bar as one tightens the screw, it has to somehow find space below. Main point is that my wife reports much improved noise levels.

Having tried another bulkier positional snoring backpack I have found this much more comfortable and effective but would recommend the hard foam insert as providing more support and also perhaps buying a size smaller than usual to provide tighter fit and to prevent it moving round the torso when sleeping. I had only ordered the basic shirt with inflatable insert but subsequently ordered the foam insert separately, Both items were promptly delivered.

A very informative website led me to purchase this device. Both that and the reputation of the company were important factors in my decision.
I have used the device on two or three occasions now. It is taking time to become accustomed to the MAD but I expected this to happen.
Hopefully, over the next few weeks, I will become used to this device.
The administration and response team are exactly what you would hope for and delivery from Germany to the UK was a matter of a week, if that.
