Concerning the comments you give us, I don't find, in the email exchanges, the following advice: "look at the videos on the internet" "call a repairman") For your information, our guides are only available in the form of images and text. Finally, as indicated by the adviser on Monday, he is waiting for information about the product received. Hello, Thank you for leaving a Review. However, after checking, your request was for an exchange, following an order error. You will certainly understand that the exchange can only be ensured upon receipt of the battery, which, according to the email exchanges, you have been offered. The exchange was not refused. In addition, you indicated that you wanted a second battery, but also that you urgently needed these elements.
