Finally, as indicated by the adviser on Monday, he is waiting for information about the product received. You will certainly understand that the exchange can only be ensured upon receipt of the battery, which, according to the email exchanges, you have been offered. The exchange was not refused. In addition, you indicated that you wanted a second battery, but also that you urgently needed these elements.
