No problems at the level of the battery all is super well studied. But following a bad manipulation, I broke the screen of my iPhone Grrrrr

The parts I ordered were not enough to repair my iphone... Otherwise the link for the disassembly and reassembly of the parts was very clear

I did not speak to customer service about my problem with the faulty delivery as I did not have time to wait for more information.

Bought a spare battery for my smartphone. More than mediocre. Catastrophic. The battery does not hold a charge. Even the original battery that was replaced lasted longer.

For the moment, nothing to say. With hindsight, we'll see how the battery will hold up over time!

The advertised capacity of the battery is much lower than its actual capacity.

The battery did not work, even after following the tuto on the site. Either the product was defective or the tuto was wrong.

Battery malfunction, after a 1st exchange, the new battery takes 2 days to be recharged. Expensive for generic batteries...

A disaster. The product sold did not correspond to its description. I sent a return request explaining the problem and, strangely enough, the product description was changed online just before Sosav replied to tell me that the error was most likely mine and that they would not pay the return shipping costs. This isn't the first time I've bought from this bunch of crooks, and I've systematically had problems with the material sent (e.g. a replacement IPhone screen that doesn't work when connected, and Sosav trying to void the warranty by claiming that when the product is opened, the customer waives any claim... before they've even had a chance to test it). This purchase was my last attempt to "consume French" (which is of course a big mistake since I'm pretty sure that Sosav buys in bulk in China before reselling at full price in France). This company continues to operate shamelessly, but I'm crossing my fingers that they'll eventually have to close up shop, or at least that they'll be subjected to a tough audit by the relevant fraud authorities.

The order was easy, the delivery was very fast and in good condition, it's perfect... Too bad the product I bought doesn't fit 100/100, I had to make some changes to make it fit.

Good quality spare part, but I would have liked to have some details, especially on the welding of the part.
