I received my order, but I was expecting to receive a complete screen (as I had ordered) and I just received the screen and touch panel. I had to disassemble/reassemble the different parts (camera, speaker/iron plate...). On the other hand, these disassemblies/reassemblies are not mentioned in the tutorial. In the end, no major problems and the phone is fixed.

I ordered a repair kit for the optics of my laptop plus the spatulas I never received the spatulas and it is impossible for me to reach customer service I sent an email and I have no answer I consider that there is no consideration for the customer 2 + it is very dishonest to act like this

Fast communication with the company's staff, fast and careful delivery, very good quality reconditioned part. I was able to successfully repair my computer! :) The only small drawback is the fact that I had to contact the after-sales service to choose a relay point, whereas the possibility of automatically choosing a relay point during a transaction is present on many commercial sites. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will probably buy again on this site in the future.
