Unfortunately I never received my order

The screen I ordered is not as described. The tablecloths for the volume and ignition buttons are missing.

The product does not correspond at all to the description. The battery doesn't fit at all and the connector is on the wrong side... Thank you for wasting my time.

Perfect site, great tutorials, good price and fast delivery. I had a battery failure with my IPhone8, so I ordered everything I needed from them. Unfortunately, I received a gasket that was too big (not from an Iphone8), but I was able to change it after sending photos and an e-mail.

Fast and efficient. All I have to do now is use the products to evaluate them.

Looking at the tutorial, it's easy, but I was almost there and a tablecloth broke, so I had to repair it.

I bought an oppo find x2 NEO battery that I returned because it heats up a lot. I'm waiting for an exchange or refund.

It seems that the screen is flawed and clicks on its own at the bottom of the touchscreen, which is annoying.

Parts received on time but some internal defects. Claw and screen sticker appear to have been peeled off and re-sticked.

Delivery ok but the tablecloths didn't fit properly on my iPhone. Impossible to connect the screen.

I bought the wrong part number, it's my mistake. I would like to be able to return the battery for a voucher.

Notification of shipment on Tuesday, the post office actually picked it up on Saturday. For a battery that's supposed to ship in 24 hours, that's a lot of time. Please mention that you are only creating a shipping number, but that this does not mean that the parcel has been shipped.

The video is misleading because the Nintendo Switch Lite's battery is not so easy to remove. It should have been indicated that nail polish remover was required. I'm very disappointed.

The quality of the battery purchased is correct, and the tips for removing the battery are very useful, but although I used the Iphone tool set and a hair dryer to peel off the screen, it cracked!!!! Too bad!!!

Hello, I received my ordered product on time. It turns out that after the change of product my device suffered another problem due to the I/O of the new component. After an exchange on the SOSAV platform, the team sent me a new piece of equipment as compensation for the initial one. The exchange will be carried out shortly. The defective product, received on delivery, was re-sent by letter post and taken care of by SOSAV. Apart from the problem of the new but faulty component for my repair operation, I have always had confidence in SOSAV's services. There's a great deal of rigor and commercial attentiveness. The company shows a level of professionalism that you don't find everywhere, and that's a shame. I always advise my friends and family to go to SOSAV to buy what they need. Bonne continuation... I'm missing an item in my order

The tool kit is not complete (2 times the same tool, so 1 is missing, which is necessary to disassemble the screen), and the tools are of poor quality (impossible to disassemble certain screws because of the tool).
