Tutorials well done, except that it is not always enough to explain to do the operations in reverse order of disassembly to reassemble. Even if you observe how to disassemble the maps, reassembling is not necessarily obvious.

A small problem with the wrong part number for my device but very well managed by the SOSAV team who sent me back the right one very quickly, very professional.

Replaced the battery on my Sony Xperia Z3 compact. Delivery problem: the delivery man says he can't access the building, doesn't use the intercom and after 3 days gives the package to the post office without leaving any notice or warning. I went myself to the post office a bit randomly to get my package. Then the replacement procedure is incomplete, I had to improvise and consult other sites. After the replacement, the headphone jack does not work anymore :-( The battery delivered holds even less charge than the original 3 years old battery :-( I am waiting for the return of the customer service...

Hello, disappointed with my order, I ordered a 2ds touchscreen, supposedly delivered with a sticker not present on the screen or even in the box, the phone number on the site has no interlocutor just an answering machine that says you have to contact customer service by filling out the forms or via mail.... Result after contact by mail, I have to face the photo of the article received and then send it back, a very long procedure, also knowing that if I am delivered at home it is not to go to a post office, the error coming from them, inspection of the article before sending it would not happen. The most deplorable is to put a phone number in front to have an answering machine cordially
