The site is very clear and instructive at the time of purchase, especially when it comes to disassembling the equipment, but much less so when it comes to reassembling them. More than anything else: a big black spot, the main part of my order doesn't work and after a message to send this part back, I'm still waiting for a sign from them.

You show a shipping rate (for me it means to the registered address) and in fact you have to validate another shipping rate which is much more expensive to get it to the address indicated. I don't think I would recommend you and I wouldn't advertise with you

product compliant except for the exploded tool pouch (soldering problem at the bottom) and too complicated tutorials: no need to unplug the screen to change the battery, just hold the screen vertically with a big book and a rubber band) so, satisfied + and not very satisfied (pouch + useless operations). The suction cup is too big, so when I wet it to increase the waterproofness, it tends to slip and loses its grip, because it's too close to the edges of the screen. I was apprehensive to perform the operation, but finally it went well, less complicated than expected.

Very good fast delivery... but I had a big problem, the explanatory note to dismantle the frame was not suitable, so I had to force to dismantle it. The change of the speaker is done easily but the phone is out of order certainly due to the forcing to remove the frame.

Product conforms, impeccable assembly! Precision required for this kind of manipulation but the tutorials are well done. As expected, most of the screens sold in the trade in spare parts have some defects often at the level of the slab (less homogeneous lighting or some colored areas but that does not prevent from ensuring the main function of the screen since they are tested before being sold).

Very good, the after-sales service was attentive to my request and sent me back the same order (I had received a defective part with the first order). The only downside (but probably not from SOSAV): I received the two packages in a poor state, crumpled and poorly protected.
