Order arrived quickly, products in good condition, detailed and useful repair guide (although some details differ from one product to another regarding components). However, first order cancelled as the product was available again after a two month wait.

To avoid: company with no professionalism: order placed on 21/07, date of receipt indicated on the screen 23/07, not having received anything on 26/07 I call them: they indicate me that as they had articles in reapproval they did not make leave the order! Finally they split the order in two, reception on 28/07 of a part of the order but one of the sent articles IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE, reception on 03/08 of the new sending and it is STILL NOT THE RIGHT ONE!!! This site apparently doesn't give a damn about its customers!!!

Effective site (display, search, content) for DIY repair of tablets/mobile phones. It could be improved for the explanations (indicate for example on the packaging of the new glass the very sensitive points that we risk to damage during disassembly) and the delivery methods should be reviewed: 15 to be delivered in 24 hours of a small part costing 5 is surely improvable!

After a part out of stock for 1 month, I have a doubt on the veracity of the status ... It took 2 messages via the website, a message on the answering machine and a repair request by captain repair to learn that my part is being shipped and finally realize that the part does not correspond to the order.

Very bad experience: 1) double collection after ordering the same product: no answer neither by phone nor by using the form on the site for several days... 2) The item I received is not the one I ordered... Once again, the after-sales service does not provide any answer, either by email, by contact form or by phone... I strongly advise against this site.

The site is good should really put a follow up on it and give the code of the follow up before sending the product but otherwise not disappointed except be patient for the restocking it's just for that I remove a star otherwise it's very good nothing to say.
