A muddle in the order with little information without me asking. Contacted, customer service ended up confirming the delay, giving me a new approximate time frame but also offered to refund me the costs incurred (order plus delivery) if I wanted to cancel my order. The screwdriver pac I bought is of poor quality. The spare part on the other hand seems to be in order.

My package arrived safely but with a delay. I had to send several emails to find out the status of my order. I would have preferred SOSAV to take the lead, hence my 3 star rating. Otherwise the response to my emails was quick. I would have preferred to have received the order in advance, hence my 3 star rating.

a first order was for a set of tools to open an iPhone 6S and the smallest torx was too big... the second order was for screws for iPhone 6S and the delay was exceeded by more than a month... The fact remains that SOSAV offers repair materials that are difficult to find elsewhere and more expensive...

Passed an order on the site or the products are in stock which I am told that the products are out of stock, July 8 the products arrive within ten days July 18 they arrive within ten days; when the products are in stock everything goes well but when they are not in stock it is complicated to have correct information; however the SAV remains responsive and professional by offering refunds or any other solution but when I will receive my products?

One of the two products I received is not a new product (iPhone 7 speaker). There was dirt on it and even a little rust. At this price, it is abused. As for the quality of the second (iPhone 7 battery), it is very perfectible... In view of this experience, I do not think I will order again :(

I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that... I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that. But as soon as you need precision on the tablet with long presses and other (drawings, graphics, games...) the touch becomes capricious and has some latency sometimes. My tablet never did that and worked like a clock before the change. The glass was broken and it worked better than with this one. I wouldn't use glass here again.

Site not very ergonomic. Difficulty to pass the payment stage. Problems with restocking. No communication of the order status from sosav once the restocking time is over. Request for additional postage after the fact. Everything is finally back in order after contact with customer service but it is not the e-commerce experience I expected...

Although there were supply issues out of their control, I had to follow up with the store twice to hear back, one of which was for them to send me my order even though they had since been restocked. I waited 3 months in total to receive my order.
