Extremely disappointed. My order, a tempered glass protective window for smartphone was delivered today, 10 days after its shipment. The product, packed in a soft bubble wrap, with no indication of fragility, arrived broken. This underlines a lack of respect for the product, and the customer. This is not worthy of a professional trader.

The advertised description of the product does not conform to the product delivered. This company must be more precise and above all fair in describing the product it delivers.

The item I received was not what I expected. The tutorial misled me.

The connector is bigger than the original one and impossible to solder it on the phone I tried everything to maintain it but it was a failure.I just have to find another charging connector.

Exceeded deadlines

Hello, Orders received in several parts. Parcel and not quite as expected. Several reminders had to be made via FB. The contact on FB is very cordial and responsive. The quality of the screen (oneplus 5) is not the same as the original, the colors of the new screen are more bland. The screen does not take into account the gestures screen off. The responsiveness to touch is not as fast as the original.

The right copper microphone is missing

At the opening of the envelope I found the suction cup partially unusable because deformed (folded edge) and especially the sticker envisaged to stick the battery completely unusable, the protection of the sticky part unstuck and the sticker partially stuck on the pocket of tools..... I thus had to improvise

The screen is darker.

The screen did not have the right colors, the blue was purple and the others did not match. After two days the screen was broken.

Screen delivered with 2 out of 3 layers. However on the video tuto the screen has 3 layers of connection. Disappointed.

Product does not work

The screen protector I ordered arrived broken due to the delivery...

Ordered a bluetooth home button for iPhone 7, received a home button that does not work and is not Bluetooth. After sending a message via FB, I was told that the button received is a button last generation 2.0 without Bluetooth ... so not at all what I ordered. I am waiting for a new button to be sent... to be continued

Delivery 1 week too long!!! order on Wednesday received Tuesday 7 days included Weekend for a simple letter fleece...can do better otherwise RAS for a product of occase

Damaged product that works one out of three times

Unfortunately I did not receive the right hydrogel film. The sticky part was not on the right side of the film. I couldn't stick it because of the cut out for the front camera. Too bad .

I had kept the old one so I replaced it and asked for the warranty to be taken care of. I had to send back the complete screen so I asked for the earpiece to be returned but it was at my expense. Since the reassembly, the microphone doesn't work well when I plug in a headset/microphone. I'm very disappointed I'm giving up and will reassemble this iphone once again to put a second hand mic on it .

Ordered and paid announcement delivered the next day and 5 days later still nothing.... service contact who blames the carrier..... product certainly quality but everything else leaves to be desired.

I tried to change the battery and screen of an iphone7, and after reassembling it did not work anymore. This operation is not within the reach of all despite the explanations rather well done.

Battery sold as original... Some doubts and the rear window broke when I changed it so a bit disappointed but the battery works fine

Screen quality very good, the only problem is that there are no tools provided with it... And to get the old home button back, you still need a new specific screwdriver not included as well. It would be nice to add a tool kit suitable for the phone model.

Many products offered Fast shipping

I did not receive the right drawers. I sent an email because it is impossible to get a phone answer. I would have preferred to be contacted to solve the problem rather than to give an opinion which cannot be good.

Extremely disappointed. I followed your tutorial on how to disassemble a Dyson vacuum cleaner with your kit. I rushed to buy it. Only your tools are so small that they don't fit... I couldn't unscrew anything with them. Total rip-off. It's a shame.

It started well with a video tutorial that explains how to change the case of my laptop. So I ordered the case (received 8 days late, but that happens), with the adhesive indicated in the tutorial (not the tools because I had them). But: the adhesive is already on the hull, so I bought double-sided tape for nothing on the site; at 6.90 I'm not going to pay shipping costs to send it back... The tutorial is therefore a lie, or the product description of the hull is not complete. In both cases it's not honest since it pushes to unnecessary purchase. Also, the pretty clean tutorial with the shell coming off by itself (Samsung Galaxy A8) is a big fake: in reality, even if you heat it up like crazy with the hair dryer, you'll explode the glass, and get glass everywhere (wear glasses and do it in a place where you can clean the glass particles easily). I also bought a small clamp to put the laptop on the car's ventilation grill, whose spring doesn't work... same thing, at 5 euros you don't send it back, you stay with it...

I have not received my order

iphone repair kit. 2 tools did not work. The suction cup. And the tip of the spatula was too soft to open the phone properly.

I received the part but unfortunately the map is much too long compared to the original. I had to unsolder the connector to put it on the old one.

I followed the tutorial to change the battery of my iPhone, I bought the tools recommended, it seemed within my reach, result totally failed, broken phone.

Site not recommended. Order not received and a century to get a refund. First and last order on this site.

The glass arrived without a hitch and was a perfect fit, but probably with an oversight in the order: I couldn't find the stickers to fix it that were supposed to be attached

Triwing screwdriver too big. Had to buy another one.

I have repaired dozens of phones including iPhones 7. This is the first time that the screen has a black border on the side and green borders. I am very precise in the assembly. I am not satisfied at all.

Note on delivery ignored, but fast delivery at reasonable price
