SOSav is a bad site selling average products with responsive but borderline LEGAL support. I bought a complete iPhone 6 screen that had 3 defects. Knowing that the replacement would only be made after they received this more than defective product, I ordered from another merchant in order to have a functional product quickly. It had been less than 14 days since I placed my order, so I asked for a refund. They refuse and tell me that it is only a credit note or replacement of the product (it is illegal). It took me multiple conversations (36 emails sent/received) stating the various French laws (art. L. 221-24) obliging them to refund me to win my case. I will NEVER recommend this site as it has a policy of THIEF. I would have put "0" but it is not possible. PS: here is the update of my review, please don't delete it yet.

I'm not sure what the models are...for my personal case there are several versions of Tommy and at no time is it specified.

I love the project. The site is well done and parts are available for many models but I've had a few mishaps lately that have left me a little disappointed. For example, a tutorial was missing some details which led to the loss of my internal HP which I had to buy again and on my last order some crucial parts were missing.

Despite a request for confirmation by e-mail before ordering, the product does not correspond to my request (motherboard NEW 3DS XL US version instead of Europe). After an exchange just as unsuccessful it ended with a refund ...

I received my order quickly but the case does not clip onto my phone. Too bad

I ordered a battery and a power connector for iPhone 4s but I was disappointed by the quality of these products. The proximity sensor that I received has one of the branches of the tablecloth too long of a few millimeters. I had to twist it a bit to clip it on. The power button is very hard but works. The tools are correct. It is a pity that the flat head screwdriver is not magnetic. I did a battery test which shows that it is perfect but unfortunately it discharges too quickly (the % drops almost at sight), even by setting and optimizing the features and some applications of the iPhone ... The after sales service is very reactive. The parts are guaranteed for one year, and they propose to change them, but they have to dismantle everything and take pictures of the defective parts beforehand. Afterwards, they propose to send back the parts and to change them. This very constraining and meticulous operation discouraged me. I couldn't see myself dismantling everything again just to take pictures, so I took the responsibility of refusing to go through with the proposed process. It's up to you...

I am very pleased with the delivery...I had to send a third person to pick up my package at a post office that was not in my area... I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the product. I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the product and the quality of the service.

Website: 5 stars out of 5 (good tutorial and practical advice, clear and well done website) Reasonable price. 1 star less because the delay is much longer than the one indicated at the time of my order (15 days more than the one indicated at the time of the order). 1 star less because I would have appreciated a better follow-up (sending mail to inform that the delay will be longer than initially expected. IMPOSSIBLE to contact your company by phone (to make a complaint by email is not very reassuring for the consumer). After 30 days of waiting, without any news from you, I was beginning to think "maybe I have fallen on a scam". The fact that I could phone you and have a contact person would have reassured me and allowed me to better accept the waiting time a little longer than expected. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service. Nothing to say about the delivery.

The email discussions are fast and cordial. What is not normal is that the power supply sent was defective and too stuck for me to control it better. Because of this I lost a lot of time and had a lot of trouble. Now I have to return it and wait for the return. I have to say that the site guarantees that they are controlled when they don't seem to be...unless the transport went badly although the packaging is well done. I'm not sure if the 12 volts on my ps4's power supply are present or not, but they didn't answer my question. It's only when I asked them again when I had the new power supply sent that they answered me ....

Second order and still the same problem. Delivery times not respected! More than 20 days especially since the products appear in stock (??) The products are very good. But frankly my next order I would do it on another site ... 2 times it's enough for me.

I am very unhappy and this is the third review I have left before it was validated. I ordered an item noted in stock which finally was not and arrived a month later. You can't refuse my review indefinitely until you like it, the law is quite clear on the subject recently. I would also like to point out that you are not a service company as you wrote in your second reply to my second opinion, but a goods company. It seems to work on a just-in-time basis. Thank you this time for publishing my notice of dissatisfaction as is before I send it to a consumer association. Sincerely.

Ordering when the item is not immediately available seems not to work (payment error) as well as the notification by e-mail of the availability of an item.

The site was not up to date so I'm waiting for the restocking, always annoying especially with a chronopost delivery at 8.99euros.otherwise very practical and interesting site.

Badly indicated, the screwdrivers are not well located.

Very satisfied with the site, however I paid 14.99 for an express delivery chronopost to be delivered the next day before 13h because I had a requirement and the package arrived around 17h in my mailbox

Good communication after purchase, quick response. The site says "Satisfied or refunded - 30 days to change your mind" but it does not apply to batteries. Only a credit note will be provided, which forces you to come back and make a purchase on the site...

The delivery was long, ordered on 30/11, delivered on 5/12. For colissimo 24/48 it is not good

I've been using this product for a while now and I'm not sure if it's a good one. Time wasted because we have to contact them by mail + 1tonne of photo grrr package well received..1 week later.. bof
