The delivery time is too long, and there is no communication. I had to contact them again by chat so that they could give me a new delivery time which was not respected. The order was received in time. Unfortunately, the products received seem to be second hand (traces of glue, LCD panel with defects and touch screen badly glued). I contacted the after sales service who never bothered to answer me. It was my one and only order on this site.

As far as the after-sales service is concerned, you must have time to justify your problem and provide all the evidence that it is not due to the operations carried out but to the part. The defective part must then be sent back, and a new one is sent back upon receipt of the previous one. You should not be in a hurry for all these steps, and be able to spend a few days without the part in waiting.

I find that you can't see very well on the guides. I had a hard time seeing how to do it on some components. For info I changed the complete screen but I broke a .... of the internal speaker... I will have to recommend.
