An order placed in a hurry due to the condition of my phone. From price not the cheapest on the market, decent tools but no news on a return request. I finally got the faulty component right but a return would have been appreciated.

Problem on the product received, no answer from the SAV.

Ordered on the 6th (jack plug), (email received order confirmation), on the 12th! (5 days later) I received payment accepted on the 13th delivery in progress. 7 days to ship a 20 grams thing in an envelope. After colissimo so count 10 days in all. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time. The answer by email was done quickly enough, that's a good point, but the person asks me to dismantle the part and take pictures of the old part.... otherwise impossible to claim any support... Have you ever seen that? I'm sorry but I threw away the old apple part! And the jack plug is stuck to the double face, it comes off, and I stay without phone 3 weeks? I had already ordered from bri****ac or fi***at and they had sent me back a part directly! Here not. After a week of talking to the person and asking if they had ever disassembled a piece themselves and how annoying it was, all of a sudden after a week another person answers me and asks me to take pictures of the assembled piece so that I can open the file& So I put my phone back in, take pictures without tearing the tablecloth without taking it off the frame. and I send it. No answer for 2 days. And then I find out 2 days later that I received an email "your order is in preparation"so they were sending me a new piece without telling me. Anyway. All this to say that it is mixed. I thought I was working with a French company with a good reputation and good knowledge but frankly sometimes I'm better served by small ebay sellers and for less money. I still give it a medium grade because it's a French PNE that pays its VAT in France. Finally I received the new price around the 10th of the following month so more than a month between the order and the good part. The site is not too bad and needs to be improved.

The return of the item at our expense is still a big minus in service. I am not sure I will buy in the future for this reason.

I received my order 1 month late and it was not complete (I have since received it in full). Fortunately, the after-sales service listened to me. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, but I'm not sure I'll be able to buy it again.

Fast service. Clear presentation of the products on the site. I have been buying from SOSAV several times without any unpleasant surprises. I recommend it.

Positive point: this is the only place where I found the item I need, which arrived intact at the relay point. The first exchanges with the SOSAV team were quick. Negative point: After 2 months of waiting I cancelled my order and bought a new phone. Why did you wait for my cancellation to send the product? A better communication about the availability of the product would have been appreciated, it would have saved me the purchase of a new phone.

Very long delivery time. The part delivered does not correspond to what I ordered.

I received the parts quickly and well packaged. I have followed the tutorial to change the charging port of my iphone 5 and the battery after reassembling nothing works.... though the failure was precisely targeted and the assembly was done with care. I wasted my time and money ...

I don't understand the price difference between a home delivery and a delivery in a pick up station, nor the delay. I think a simple bubble letter would have been sufficient.

Fast shipping, but the package arrived crushed, fortunately nothing damaged, because the package was crushed on the bottom (probably transported upside down) - 3 stars because the protective padding does not surround the goods! all was underneath ... if the package had been crushed on top, the iPhone 6 screen I ordered would have arrived broken! (protection of the goods to be revised or at least improved)

I've been using this phone for a while now, but it's a good idea to check it out and see if it's working. It is not specified that it must recover the 2 buttons On / off and volume of the old phone (and there it spoils, the volume button hangs and the phone is unusable) 87 euro for no result

package arrived in bad condition

I have received an order but not the right parts and no time to redo the how. out of 3 how to drift only one and arrive fully and on time.

A very bad experience, 2 and a half months to fix my phone the screen sent was not compatible, a service quite unresponsive and disorganized which explains so much time. The problem was solved anyway so I put 2 stars only for this reason. It is still very disappointing for a French company.

I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service. I have been moved twice to the relay point when there was nothing, nice! Neither colissimo nor SOSAV gave me any real explanation, my request for reimbursement has been put in stanby. They even offered me a second shipment with the shipping costs at my expense. A shame! I don't know yet how long this story will last before I can be reimbursed.

I started a galaxy s4 screen on July 27, it should be available within two weeks, but I got it on September 10. Replaced with care it didn't last a week before failing me.
