Price a little high for items that are not new (glass a little scratched at the reception)

Fast shipping, product matches the description. I called customer service twice, left a message, but nobody called me back. Only impossible to get an answer about the delivery.

I had a bad experience with SOSAV. The Hamon law obliges the seller to refund the customer but they refused to refund me. I received an incomplete window kit, impossible to assemble myself. I cancelled the order as soon as I received it by e-mail and sent the part back. After receiving it, SOSAV refused to refund me, claiming that a piece of tape was missing from the window. This was an easy accusation to offer me a credit note instead of a refund and completely false because I barely unpacked the product.
