Everything is in English, whereas the law requires you to use the language of the buyer's country (law of 4/08/1994). I do not understand the instructions in English, which can be detrimental to the proper installation of the product. Are the spatula and the cloths useful or do they just increase the selling price?

The English version is only displayed for users based in England or across the Atlantic. Perhaps you are using a VPN that has distorted the IP data? Having ordered a hydrogel film to protect the screen of your phone, the wipes allow to clean the screen of dirt and the spatula to facilitate the installation. I started to disassemble the iphone but one of the screwdrivers doesn't fit. It's not serious. the tri wing screwdriver is missing and you put a criciform in its place. i end up with my iphone open in two.

However, you didn't choose an express delivery but a simple letter without tracking (at 2.99). We do not have the possibility to locate the package.
