I took an order that was supposed to be delivered in one business day (ordered on Friday and on the site it was marked arrived on Saturday) however I received my order 3 days later. So a scam on shipping costs.

Hello, Orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day. However, you placed your order on a Friday evening, at 7:49 pm. Our offices are also closed at that time. Your order was therefore prepared on the next working day, i.e. Monday (we are closed on weekends). All this information is also indicated on the website... Sincerely,

I ordered 2 batteries 2 weeks apart. The first one works perfectly, at least as well as an original. At the end of the day, with a normal urilization, I am rarely below 60%! The second one I received first disappointed me: fast discharge, untimely cuts,... After I told the customer service about my dissatisfaction, they treated my case seriously, quickly and efficiently. A new battery was sent to me even before I returned the defective one. The new one I received works perfectly! In summary, very good product and very good service!

More than 9 days I ordered and I see in my order tracking: waiting for restocking. After 9 days I find it amazing that I am not restocked and even more amazing that I did not report it when I ordered. By ordering in China and by boat therefore without transport costs, I am delivered in less than 15 days experience made before Christmas, so when the orders are very high.
