Before buying an item, I asked if the tool was suitable for my machine which I gave the references. The answer was "normally yes". However, this was not the case. I therefore contested by contacting the site, which was very reactive, and "exceptionally" granted my refund, after taking a photo and returning the item with a pre-stamped label.

Product conforms to our expectations, clear and precise explanations for the assembly, but delivery times are too long, especially for repairing a mobile phone (my precious one), if necessary, we will order again on SOSAV, hoping that the delivery will be faster.

Passed an order on the site or the products are in stock which I am told that the products are out of stock, July 8 the products arrive within ten days July 18 they arrive within ten days; when the products are in stock everything goes well but when they are not in stock it is complicated to have correct information; however the SAV remains responsive and professional by offering refunds or any other solution but when I will receive my products?
