The quality of the battery purchased is correct, and the tips for removing the battery are very useful, but although I used the Iphone tool set and a hair dryer to peel off the screen, it cracked!!!! Too bad!!!

Hello, I received my ordered product on time. It turns out that after the change of product my device suffered another problem due to the I/O of the new component. After an exchange on the SOSAV platform, the team sent me a new piece of equipment as compensation for the initial one. The exchange will be carried out shortly. The defective product, received on delivery, was re-sent by letter post and taken care of by SOSAV. Apart from the problem of the new but faulty component for my repair operation, I have always had confidence in SOSAV's services. There's a great deal of rigor and commercial attentiveness. The company shows a level of professionalism that you don't find everywhere, and that's a shame. I always advise my friends and family to go to SOSAV to buy what they need. Bonne continuation... I'm missing an item in my order

The tool kit is not complete (2 times the same tool, so 1 is missing, which is necessary to disassemble the screen), and the tools are of poor quality (impossible to disassemble certain screws because of the tool).

Engraved hull according to the transmitted drawing model, but I found the rendering to be a little sloppy. The engraving is burnished in several places. I took photos, but it's a pity quality control wasn't done before shipment.

Some tools (3-wing screwdriver) are not at all suitable for changing screens.

It's a pity that the tools ordered for the Nintendo Switch are of such poor quality.

For the products RAS but the disassembly kit with the Vide glue too bad. They took my request into account and sent me back two tubes. Given that this glue is not easy to find at the point of sale, if I hadn't managed on my own, my screen would still be waiting for its glue. In any case, the deadline was met. I should tell the person who filled the tubes of glue that she missed the 5 th star.

Very professional SOSAV with fast shipping. However, I would not recommend the screen I bought. After the change, I notice that the screen doesn't always respond and freezes for a few seconds several times a day.

Average, One item missing from my order during delivery. Urgently needed this battery. A pity.

Hello, the refurbished screen is less sensitive than the original and when you want to touch it on map it makes a big zoom. So not really satisfied!!! Nicola
