The items ordered are as described. Chronopost notified me of the possible withdrawal at the point of withdrawal on 18/08/2016. My first experience was not really conclusive. The reason was the page on your site. When I chose the screen for my IPhone 6 I based myself on the content of your page and the tutorial it contained but the tutorial did not correspond to the product listed on this page, hence the confusion. The result is that I received a screen that you called "complete" but not assembled and the replacement work is much more complicated (or impossible to do) than what is presented on the tutorial.
