The only problem is the invoicing, in fact I am independent subject to VAT and my invoice is published with the French VAT except that we should be invoiced HT if it refers to the European law on intra-community VAT. I hope that this concern will be resolved quickly.

I took an order that was supposed to be delivered in one business day (ordered on Friday and on the site it was marked arrived on Saturday) however I received my order 3 days later. So a scam on shipping costs.

Hello, Orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day. However, you placed your order on a Friday evening, at 7:49 pm. Our offices are also closed at that time. Your order was therefore prepared on the next working day, i.e. Monday (we are closed on weekends). All this information is also indicated on the website... Sincerely,

No problem with the battery but a big problem with the quality of the suction cup which does not stick at all! I had to find another solution to remove the screen.

More than 9 days I ordered and I see in my order tracking: waiting for restocking. After 9 days I find it amazing that I am not restocked and even more amazing that I did not report it when I ordered. By ordering in China and by boat therefore without transport costs, I am delivered in less than 15 days experience made before Christmas, so when the orders are very high. In short I am disappointed and I do not think to order other items from you. To my great regret.

Good but I find the pop up window inciting to order parts when consulting the assembly:/disassembly guides somewhat... disturbing by its too repeated appearance. Lack of clarity in the announced promise of free shipping for a minimum order: They are in fact free only for a pickup point delivery. This is really not clear and misleading, it's a shame. I'm very pleased with the delivery of my spare part, it was perfect, very well packed, fast and... the little candy is a funny and very nice touch. The quality of the part seems to be good, we'll see with use.
