Pitiful. I order, they inform me by email that my product is out of stock and they offer me either a refund or a credit note. I opt for a refund and I receive an email saying that they have been supplied and that my order has been shipped. This is a site to be avoided as a matter of urgency.

Hello, You placed an order on 15/12/2015. Unfortunately, during the preparation of the order, we were out of stock. The preparer then informed you by email. However, that same day, our restocking was delivered to us. The order preparer therefore finalized your order for shipment the same day. Your refund request was made on 16/12, the next day. Ordered on Sunday, package received the following Wednesday, perfect! The battery is similar to the original one, but you have to insist to install it in its housing, hence the 4 stars only. Otherwise, I find the autonomy of my tablet, the top!
