Following my last 2 orders my Opinion you order a part thinking to receive an original in view of the image presented in photo on the site you pay as expensive as the original but it is a copy without the logo of the brand that you thought ordered at the reception of your order then to make you pay more expensive to receive a colissimo at home it is of the good big foutage of Geuele the Guys this said the material received functioned but I ordered an original to avoid going elsewhere because I trusted you because for me you were better and more serious than the others now as far as I am concerned you are no longer credible by behaving in this way this being said I advise you to be more honest in your postings on your site and this feeling of having been made have at the time of my purchase will not exist here Cordiality.

The delivery time is too long, and there is no communication. I had to contact them again by chat so that they could give me a new delivery time which was not respected. It's not complicated to keep the customer informed, supplier problems do happen! I put two stars anyway for the carambar in the package ;)

The order was received in time. Unfortunately, the products received seem to be second hand (traces of glue, LCD panel with defects and touch screen badly glued). I contacted the after sales service who never bothered to answer me. It was my one and only order on this site.

After receiving a defective part, incompetent after sales service. I wasted my time and money on this story because several other screens were bad but SOSAV did not think it was worth warning consumers of this problem. Impossible to get a full refund for the order.

I ordered a pair of joysticks and received 1/2 joystick. I informed the site and they replied quickly in my first email, sending me a photo of the product and detailing the missing part.

Good site, well detailed products

I only received my package after 5 days! I had placed my order on a Thursday morning during the night to receive my package during the day (as mentioned on the site for any order placed before 3pm).

I followed a tutorial to remove the front camera on a Galaxy S5 (remove the screen and simply clean the front camera). Result: my screen is no longer touchable even though I followed your procedure very carefully. I've already sent a request on this problem to get help.
