The buttons did not match the iPhone 4 at all. I spent 2 hours trying to make them fit. In the end I found that the notches were not the same! Between fatigue and stress. The iPhone is now in kit and unusable!

Poor quality tools making any attempt to repair almost impossible (screwdriver not well calibrated which damages the thread, tools that break from the first use). I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it again in the future.

The battery didn't look new when it came out of the box, which is confirmed by its charge life (much less than a day). It helps out, it's 20 but far from being like the original new phone.

I was disappointed by the commercial side of SOSAV, following two defective parts (HTC M7 screen), I was reimbursed but the shipping costs for the order as well as the cost of returning the first screen remained at my expense, whereas 1 I pay for the shipping of a defective part and 2 I pay for the return of this part In addition to wasting my time, I lose money for a mistake that I am not responsible. I think I'll just send the second screen back and ask for a refund. It's a pity because the service was very reactive.

I had a bad experience with SOSAV. The Hamon law obliges the seller to refund the customer but they refused to refund me. I received an incomplete window kit, impossible to assemble myself. I cancelled the order as soon as I received it by e-mail and sent the part back. After receiving it, SOSAV refused to refund me, claiming that a piece of tape was missing from the window. This was an easy accusation to offer me a credit note instead of a refund and completely false because I barely unpacked the product. Fortunately there is the Paypal dispute manager who resolved the issue in my favor. In the end, I found the complete product on Ebay for half the price. Thanks Paypal and thanks Ebay
