For me the video is not precise enough as "to show the small parts in bigger and the connectivity on different plan compared to their location" to join you nothing your interlocutor rather than the mail.

I am very pleased with the kit to change my battery on my IPhone se. The only exception is the suction cup! I've been using it for a while now and it's not working properly...

The part conforms to the order received on time. The only thing I had a problem with was the 5% discount for the first order that I was not able to benefit from when I placed the order, invalid promo code.

The products are really official products. For me, two drawbacks: - The explanation videos are too succinct and misleading on the ease and feasibility of the operation to open the screens. The video of the J5 is made with a screen already unstuck... it is necessary to insist on the fact that the screen in place is really well stuck on the whole surface, what the video does not say. - The delivery: the screen was placed between the tool kit and the paper that serves as padding. As a result, the screen had a huge pressure on the edges that lay in the void: not smart.

The site is quite well done and easy to search, however the quality of one of the products we bought is really poor.

I have ordered a screen for my MacBook Pro and the image quality is poor compared to before. I also ordered a charger that is not the right one even though it says that all orders are checked against the computer's match so I am disappointed.

It's been 1 month since I ordered a battery and a screen for the Apple Watch series 1 on the site. The promise made on the site announces the availability of parts within 7 to 15 days. To date, one month later, no order received, and obliged to make the steps to have news. Twice the same answer: We should receive the products within 15 days. We are therefore at a delay of about 1.5 months MINIMUM. I am sickened by this lack of respect for the customer, the lack of respect for the promises that are made via the site, and the nonchalance of the answers that are given to us. They knew how to cash in but don't know how to assume their orders. A commercial gesture on this order would be the least they could do to compensate for the loss of time and energy lost to get information. Instead, they offer me a credit note... In short... A BLAGUE!!! This lack of seriousness make me say that this site is to be avoided absolutely. Last time I order on this site and I invite you to do the same if you don't want to waste time and money.

Very easy to navigate, but the nylon spatula is very fragile and broke twice in my phone... not practical when we want to do our repair with care, without having to force...

The video tutorials are not precise enough but they are so good that they can be sold. My iphone is finished at apple which classifies it as irreparable. We can always say that it's because I disassembled or reassembled it badly

I don't give the maximum mark because for my first order the item received is not compliant which consequently delays the repair of my wife's smartphone.

On the whole I was satisfied except for one item that was faulty (watch battery) and I am hoping for a solution

I ordered a battery for S6 edge +. Received very quickly, no problem on this side. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a video tutorial for the replacement. A video tutorial would be nice. The problem was not with the battery. A help to diagnose the failure would have perhaps allowed me to order the right part.
