This is the second time I've placed the same order in 6 months, that I've requested and paid for express 24h delivery because it was an emergency, and that the parcel arrived more than 48h later. It's one thing for the carrier to be responsible, but it's another thing for the delivery options on the site to always include the 24h option, which is untrue and unacceptable!

1. It wasn't specified that battery stickers were supplied, so I bought extra for nothing 2. The battery connector is almost 1mm too long, preventing it from being clipped into the socket provided. As a result, the plug on the battery side is dead. This is the first time I've been unable to fit a battery.
