spare parts available quite quickly and tutorials describing the sequence of operations rather well designed, but a perfectible customer service: to get the replacement of a screen received defective (found when powering up) it took 2 reminders and 2 weeks of waiting ...

Simple navigation and fast delivery. The online tutorial is quite clear and very complete. The only thing missing is a clearer zoom to get the 5th star.

Efficient.

After a first sending of a defective HP (apparently not new because it had no inscription, unlike the 2nd), the SAV was very responsive: after asking me a photo front and back of the part received defective (I did not understand very well why) I was quickly sent a HP that works perfectly. There is one downside, which is why I'm only giving 3 stars: having had to dismantle my phone several times instead of just once, due to the first product being out of order, the front cover (the one on which the screen is fixed) cracked. It's a shame, especially since it was replaced only 6 months ago. NB: I used the photo tutorial proposed by the site: it is well done, very clear.

More details are needed for the connection of the connectors

The package arrived quickly, the little surprise inside made me smile! I'm very pleased with the quality of the product, thank you very much, I was able to repair my phone without too much trouble. I have to say that the envelope seemed quite large for such a small object, but nothing to add, it's perfect!

Lack of seriousness: a non-functional product and a product that does not correspond to the photos which were indeed non-contractual

I'm not sure what to do about it, but it's a shame you didn't add a glue or double-sided tape to close the laptop shell, which is unfortunately essential.

I was very pleased with the product, but the protection system needs to be reviewed, a small part of the plastic is cracked, but no problem for the operation.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the service.

I received my order, but I was expecting to receive a complete screen (as I had ordered) and I just received the screen and touch panel. I had to disassemble/reassemble the different parts (camera, speaker/iron plate...). On the other hand, these disassemblies/reassemblies are not mentioned in the tutorial. In the end, no major problems and the phone is fixed.

I ordered a repair kit for the optics of my laptop plus the spatulas I never received the spatulas and it is impossible for me to reach customer service I sent an email and I have no answer I consider that there is no consideration for the customer 2 + it is very dishonest to act like this

I have received the part without any problem. But the packaging is not very good for a fragile part.
