Delivery too long

Practical and complete site

3 stars because I finally received my order, but more than a month to ship it! I'm very happy with the service, but they couldn't give me any information about the delivery time... so I had to wait without any information. A little commercial gesture would have been the least I could do.....

No problem with the transport. 2 small drawbacks, the 1st: the button is not provided, it was necessary to take the original one which is very delicate to remove, then to stick it again. The 2nd, the tablecloths are glued on a thick double-sided adhesive, we must be very careful not to break the glass by removing them.

I have no opinion. It was my first order and I was a bit skeptical but apart from the fact that it was out of stock, the delivery was as I ordered.

1 month after ordering and my payment no product received (I ordered 2) nor any information. Following my request I was offered to send 1 of 2 products as the other was not available and I had to receive a voucher to re-purchase the missing product and to cover shipping costs. In the end I received both products in the same package except that one (not the one that was identified as not available) was OCCASION (it had 3 screws " stuck" to the speaker and traces of use - dirt) and not new. Following my second intervention (fortunately I took the pictures before unpacking the product) I received (I hope) the new product. Since then I have found another site that is less expensive and I hope more professional so I will go to the competition for my next purchase.

the kit is well designed, but I looked at the tutorial of another site to carry out the handling because that of sosav is not always comprehensible. And some delicate points were not indicated, like the fact that it is necessary to take off the old glass on the middle and not only on the sides; that it is necessary to clean the residues of adhesive with solvent.
