Effective site (display, search, content) for DIY repair of tablets/mobile phones. It could be improved for the explanations (indicate for example on the packaging of the new glass the very sensitive points that we risk to damage during disassembly) and the delivery methods should be reviewed: 15 to be delivered in 24 hours of a small part costing 5 is surely improvable!

Very bad experience: 1) double collection after ordering the same product: no answer neither by phone nor by using the form on the site for several days... 2) The item I received is not the one I ordered... The product was late in coming, I had to go on the site to see that it was in restocking, which was not at all reported to me at the time of purchase that I would not have done given the urgency.
