The fact that there is snow I am aware, but I received other packages transiting through the same carrier and ordered on another site than yours, moreover I am not responsible for the snow either. On the site I was offered a delivery for the next day (know that the weather is predictable so you can block the delivery option before 13h), it is not respected it is up to you to make a refund to the customer and not the carrier. You are free to arrange or not with your carrier.
