Damaged product that works one out of three times

Well designed site, delivery Ok

Unfortunately I did not receive the right hydrogel film. The sticky part was not on the right side of the film. I couldn't stick it because of the cut out for the front camera. Too bad .

Ordered and paid announcement delivered the next day and 5 days later still nothing.... service contact who blames the carrier..... product certainly quality but everything else leaves to be desired.

Battery sold as original... Some doubts and the rear window broke when I changed it so a bit disappointed but the battery works fine

Screen quality very good, the only problem is that there are no tools provided with it... And to get the old home button back, you still need a new specific screwdriver not included as well. It would be nice to add a tool kit suitable for the phone model.

I did not receive the right drawers. I sent an email because it is impossible to get a phone answer. I would have preferred to be contacted to solve the problem rather than to give an opinion which cannot be good.

Extremely disappointed. I followed your tutorial on how to disassemble a Dyson vacuum cleaner with your kit. I rushed to buy it. Only your tools are so small that they don't fit... I couldn't unscrew anything with them. Total rip-off. It's a shame.

It started well with a video tutorial that explains how to change the case of my laptop. So I ordered the case (received 8 days late, but that happens), with the adhesive indicated in the tutorial (not the tools because I had them). But: the adhesive is already on the hull, so I bought double-sided tape for nothing on the site; at 6.90 I'm not going to pay shipping costs to send it back... The tutorial is therefore a lie, or the product description of the hull is not complete. In both cases it's not honest since it pushes to unnecessary purchase. Also, the pretty clean tutorial with the shell coming off by itself (Samsung Galaxy A8) is a big fake: in reality, even if you heat it up like crazy with the hair dryer, you'll explode the glass, and get glass everywhere (wear glasses and do it in a place where you can clean the glass particles easily). I also bought a small clamp to put the laptop on the car's ventilation grill, whose spring doesn't work... same thing, at 5 euros you don't send it back, you stay with it...

I have not received my order

I received the part but unfortunately the map is much too long compared to the original. I had to unsolder the connector to put it on the old one.

I followed the tutorial to change the battery of my iPhone, I bought the tools recommended, it seemed within my reach, result totally failed, broken phone.

Site not recommended. Order not received and a century to get a refund. First and last order on this site.

The replacement screen ordered is not as bright as the original screen and everything becomes more grey... it's a real shame because although I would have been willing to pay more money for a better screen! I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the screen. So just a pity that the site doesn't describe better what we buy...

The parts I received were used and had fingerprints on them... In addition, one of my parts was slightly damaged ... Conclusion, cheap and it shows.

I have bought an iPhone X charging connector and a speaker so I change it all very very well the tuto are nickel all happy with me I put the tel back on the road everything works well I was delighted and after three minutes the phone turns off and this rallume all alone I said update and the no every three minutes my tel turns off and this I went to a repairer and said the tablecloths you changed are not compatible so thank you I paid 120 euro to change my tablecloth at the repairer and my phone works properly so I am really not happy with your site with parts that are not compatible or do not work I am very disappointed I think a refund is not possible??? I communicated precisely the part I wanted, but it was another part (not the right one) that was sent to me.

Very interesting site at the base but there battery of Iphone SE received refused any load.

Just a small comment; please be more precise and visible in the descriptions about the compatibility of the parts with the machines.

Product hs not working

Order taken fast payment and then nothing. No delivery date, no information nothing so yes bad. And am I satisfied with the delivery? Well I'll tell you once I'm delivered, which is not the case.

1 month and a half to receive a dysfunctional battery, I do not recommend this site for the purchase of phone parts. Moreover the site sells itself to have an ecological action, but they do not care about recycling the old battery and the dysfunctional because they told me to keep them. In short an image of facade for a quality of mediocre parts.
