The battery never wanted to charge. The speaker doesn't work. In short, very disappointed.

I'm very disappointed, it's been 20 days since I ordered an official Samsung screen block and I still haven't received anything. I've been trying to contact customer service and no one is able to give me a precise date. I find it really deplorable to let the customer order a part that is not in stock.

Never the right model

Clear website, good product descriptions. The tutorials are easily accessible, but the preparation service was not able to process my order correctly on two occasions. Fortunately the after-sales service is very responsive and informs you quickly on the progress of the order. Rigour and patience are necessary.

I am very pleased with the products but a little disappointed with this latest order where after 2 months of waiting I am asked to pay 4 euros more because the delivery which was expected in simple letter must be done in colissimo...

The screen was not top level brightness I think not solid enough because despite the protection it is still broken...

I received my order more than a month late without any message of explanation. I had to write to you to get an explanation and I find this unacceptable. I used to order my parts from you.

This is not the first time I've ordered from SOSAV, but it's the first time I've been really dissatisfied. I ordered 1 time, received the wrong part, contacted SAV, reshipped the same part as the first one, contacted SAV again, went through the technical expertise again and a 3rd time the same part... It was a sticker to stick the LCD on the chassis of my wife's cell phone, today her LCD is out of order, I have the right to 10% discount on my next order it could have been nice but now I still do not have the right sticker and I have to recommend an LCD because by moving on the chassis it cracked, the touch does not work, in short out of order! So the next time will be without me!

Very dissatisfied very slow follow-up bad packaging bad quality products that do not work and no return customer service

I was sent a product that had already been returned sold as new and dysfunctional. The replacement took several weeks. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I'm really not happy, poor quality screen despite the price. Pavement and structure unstuck in less than two days ....

I didn't receive the right external speaker I ordered and when I complained about it, they sent me back the exact same one, so I give up, I paid for something I have in duplicate that is useless to me,,, thanks sosav!

A few days later my phone had a battery problem again

I received my screen and just put it on my device 2 days later screen broken into a thousand pieces. Very disappointed despite the price I paid I will not order again

The video would sometimes be more appropriate ... the reassembly is not necessarily explained the photo not always taken at the best angle Finally the iphone recharges again but no wifi.

I took an express delivery and I had my package in the end not delivered in time and by mail. I have contacted customer service to ask why a delivery made by the post office under the postal deadlines is charged at the express price and then ask for a refund but I did not get a satisfactory answer. I have notified that I will not be ordering from you again.

I have to say that I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. The pickup service is not really up to scratch. I'm hoping for a refund or a voucher of the same value to change my mind.

I received the battery, but after replacement, following the tutorial, the phone does not restart, the screen just displays a blue band for a short time, I think I broke the screen at step 7 following the indication: "Insert now a nylon spatula between the screen and the chassis of the Galaxy S6. Don't do that, if you do it at the wrong place, the screen won't turn on anymore! I just wanted to change the battery, now I have to change the screen, it would have cost me less to buy a new phone.

The only downside is that the tools are of poor quality, the flathead screwdriver can't loosen some screws, the plastic spatula breaks when the battery is removed...

I ordered a disassembly kit for iPhone 5s, and I just received a Phillips screwdriver which, alone, is useless. On the site, the photo of the kit is complete and engaging, but it is a trompe l'oeil

For the first time, the ordered product does not work. It is impossible for me to report the problem to customer service (?)

I've been trying to mount the screen, but I can't connect the TouchId connector...

Order received partially. I am missing 2 out of 4 items ... and the battery is not the right one ...

The tutorials are very well done ... however, the material received, including the disassembly kit, (and given the price) are a very very Chinese quality! I even cut myself with the flat pliers so it is sharp inside.

Never again will I order from this site, the battery pack I received I noticed was too small for my iPhone 7 plus!

Very bad experience with email support. I bought a screen + touch screen. Delivery was perfect. After replacing this screen no particular problem. However, after using a tempered glass, an area of the touchscreen does not work properly. I tried several qualities of tempered glass without result. The different exchanges with the after sales service did not lead to a satisfactory answer. As I did not order tempered glass on the site, they cannot offer any support! I find this unacceptable and have given up the sterile dialogue I had with the after sales service. I recommended a screen elsewhere and since then no problem. Obviously, I do not recommend it.

The site is very well done with videos "tutorials" to help with editing. On the other hand it is necessary to read well between the lines. If the photos suggest that the products are original manufacturers at the delivery are unfortunately adaptable!

Screen and battery seem to be of good quality, nothing to complain about. However, the screen replacement tutorial on iPhone 6s is problematic: not disconnecting the battery for a screen change creates a risk of short circuit when reconnecting the screen connectors. Ultimately, the risk of blowing the backlight fuse, which happened to me. This SMD fuse is 0.5mm long and requires expensive equipment and a lot of skill to change. So motherboard and phone out of order... That said, SOSAV is still a site that provides good quality material and I will order from this site again without any problem.

I took a premium screen that is sold as a replacement for the original screen and you can't tell the difference. This is not true. I would have given it 2 stars if that's all it was. I'm going down to 1 star because in order for the after sales service to take my request into account, they want pictures of the disassembled screen and won't do anything without that. Tip, take pictures of the items you receive before you mount them just in case. I will go to the competition which is cheaper.
