The products are really official products. For me, two drawbacks: - The explanation videos are too succinct and misleading on the ease and feasibility of the operation to open the screens. The video of the J5 is made with a screen already unstuck... it is necessary to insist on the fact that the screen in place is really well stuck on the whole surface, what the video does not say. - The delivery: the screen was placed between the tool kit and the paper that serves as padding. It's been 1 month since I ordered a battery and a screen for the Apple Watch series 1 on the site. The promise made on the site announces the availability of parts within 7 to 15 days. To date, one month later, no order received, and obliged to make the steps to have news. Twice the same answer: We should receive the products within 15 days. We are therefore at a delay of about 1.5 months MINIMUM. I am sickened by this lack of respect for the customer, the lack of respect for the promises that are made via the site, and the nonchalance of the answers that are given to us.
