The service department is a robot that doesn't understand requests. Or at least, it gives the impression that it does. The management of non-conforming part returns is complicated and takes too much time. The lack of choice of delivery point is a point to be improved.

The explanations are very good. The delivery conforms to the expressed request. the products are in conformity with the order and the explanation given on the video of reassembly, except for the joint which was not in conformity with the presentation of the video (the number of plastic film as presented on the video is not exact with the delivered product, which made that I could not take off the joint of the plastic film correctly and that I had to remove it). Very clean screen. The quality of the image is not that but it helps. I followed the tuto of the site to the letter and frankly it's quite complicated to do it itself especially when in the video for the person everything goes without a problem ...
