Hello, disappointed with my order, I ordered a 2ds touchscreen, supposedly delivered with a sticker not present on the screen or even in the box, the phone number on the site has no interlocutor just an answering machine that says you have to contact customer service by filling out the forms or via mail.... Result after contact by mail, I have to face the photo of the article received and then send it back, a very long procedure, also knowing that if I am delivered at home it is not to go to a post office, the error coming from them, inspection of the article before sending it would not happen. The most deplorable is to put a phone number in front to have an answering machine cordially

Good overall, small downside however some spare parts could be described more precisely both in the description and in the visual. Very good for shipping.

Very well done site, with great tutorials to repair yourself. Clear information and products well classified by brand and model. I only put 3 stars because 2 products out of the 3 in my order were defective. The SAV sent me back very quickly and free parts (with carambars!). This time the battery works but for the back, same problem, it is bent.

The order and shipment are in good time. I received a tool that was not the right one or was defective. The customer service was very responsive and I didn't have to justify anything for them to send me back a tool immediately. Hopefully it will be the right one.

2 products ordered: - a Samsung tablet tablecloth in an already opened bag that is damaged - a battery for Samsung S5 with very poor performance, worse than the original one that is 2 years old

Nothing to say about the product itself it's perfect. The only negative point is the month long wait to get the back cover of the product. I know it's probably from China but still.

Long delay

Product not available, one month of waiting instead of the 10 to 15 days claimed, too long

I've been using it for a while now, but it's been a while since I've had a chance to buy it.

The product does not exactly match the keys, but the sound is a bit off when compared to the dampener

The delivery time was too long and the discount offered for the first purchase was not applied.

The site is very well done and explains really well even if perfect it is difficult to perceive well what is taken in photo by lack of quality even in HD.
