The order was received in time. Unfortunately, the products received seem to be second hand (traces of glue, LCD panel with defects and touch screen badly glued). I contacted the after sales service who never bothered to answer me. It was my one and only order on this site.

As long as there are no problems with the parts received, the service is correct and fast. As far as the after-sales service is concerned, you must have time to justify your problem and provide all the evidence that it is not due to the operations carried out but to the part. The defective part must then be sent back, and a new one is sent back upon receipt of the previous one. You should not be in a hurry for all these steps, and be able to spend a few days without the part in waiting.

I am furious, I choose to have my product delivered in a relay point, so I choose a business near me, but in reality the product is deposited in the next town (10 km away) which posed a big problem for me to recover it. I FIND THIS VERY ABNORMAL! What's the point of having the customer choose the product and then deliver it anywhere! I repeat I am furious: Message to future buyers know that you may have to go much further than expected to recover your product.

I find that you can't see very well on the guides. I had a hard time seeing how to do it on some components. For info I changed the complete screen but I broke a .... of the internal speaker... I will have to recommend.

The front glass of my iphone had a defect in the pins that screw to the frame of the phone, they were twisted. big difference compared to the one I ordered some time ago. The back glass didn't fit properly, and the little plastic piece that fits the camera was not in the right direction, and hard to see with the naked eye... I also suggest you make video tutorials rather than photo, I found a competitor's support to be able to carry out the disassembly-reassembly. Also, the box of the package is quite soft and not enough protection inside in my opinion. Thanks for your suggestion, good luck

The site is very clear and instructive at the time of purchase, especially when it comes to disassembling the equipment, but much less so when it comes to reassembling them. More than anything else: a big black spot, the main part of my order doesn't work and after a message to send this part back, I'm still waiting for a sign from them.

Originally, order placed for the supply of a phone battery. This one turned out to be defective (made the phone crash badly, and did not hold the charge). Back to customer service, forced to go through a credit and not a refund (I did not want the exchange given the quality of the 1st model of battery), customer service certainly fast, but then ... of a complicated ... Didn't understand my simple request to issue a credit note (and the terms), many unnecessary exchanges, approximate, error on the amount of the credit note. Quite painful in the end. Too bad, because the principle is good.

Some products displayed in restocking under 15 days not available 1 month after the order. So average on this side. The product that was in stock (after cancellation of the others) was sent very quickly. Hence the average score. Otherwise it would have been 2* at most.

Delivery and customer service with a very good response time but the statement on the site "that a thorough check to ensure that the spare parts work properly" is inaccurate. The loudspeaker received did not work. After receiving a defective part, incompetent after sales service. I wasted my time and money on this story because several other screens were bad but SOSAV did not think it was worth warning consumers of this problem. Impossible to get a full refund for the order.

The LCD screen delivered does not work and the touchpad bug it selects applications that we do not want as if the touchpad was blocked at a specific point. Forced to put everything back as before old LCD + old touchpad (125 to spend for nothing to work)

Very easy to navigate.and to find the standard ipad part. However. Missing small parts such as button and home supports ipad air 2. The tuto zap the disassembly and recovery of the home button (FIND ON YOUTUB)
